HRD Supervisor & Staff
- Bachelor degree in management or law.
- Handle expatriate/visa/immigration arrangement, & labor law requirements.
- Support industrial relation issues of the company, employee & government.
- People development process to support staffing, development & succession plan activities.
- Able to develop & delivery of training.
General Requirements :
- Male (age max. 35 years).
- Pleasant personality & good appearances.
- From reputable university, graduates min S1 with GPA : 2.80
- Excellent presentation skill & fluency in English is must.
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Able to work under pressure & experience min 2 years in related field
- Have strong leadership
- Able to be located in Cikarang, BEKASI.
