Requirements:
- Female / Male
- Age between 30-40 years old
- Preferably hold Master Degree from Law/Psychology/Hospitality
- Min.2 years proven track record in hospitality industry in managerial level
- Pre-Opening experience on managerial level (that’s a must!)
- Min. 2 years of Managerial Experience in People Development, Competency Based Analysis, Compensation & Benefit, Network in HR/Management Consultant, and Industrial Relation
