We are a leading multi national manufacture & distribution group of companies which has head office in Daan Mogot and has more than 30 years of experience. Now we are expanding our businesses and looking for a qualified employees to join us for these following positions :
HR System Supervisor
Requirement:
  • Male/ Female, 25 – 30 years old
  • Min. S1 Degree on Psychology or Management with min. GPA > 3.00
  • Min. 2 years experience in HRD
  • Having good knowledge in HRIS application and CBHRM
  • Fluent in English, able to speak in Mandarin is preferable
  • Must be able to operating Computer Ms. Office
  • Self Starter, hard worker and good interpersonal skills
  • To be place on Daan Mogot
Responsibility:
  • To design and develop HR System
  • To manage employees’ database
  • To make and manage work competency
  • To develop classification method and employees’ position
  • To develop performance appraisal system
