R&D MANAGER
Requirement:- PHD or Master Degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
- 10+ year experience in application software design. (System analyst level)
- 3+ year management experience (project manager / Design R&D manager)
- Experienced in X86 front and back office design PHP, MySQL, C+, VB., Apache, Adobe Flash.
- Preferred experienced in ARM and X86 consumer (mobile devices) and industrial embedded systems design like Automotive, SCADA, IPTV, Multimedia, POS systems.
- Deep understanding in communication protocols. TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP, routing Switching, Video and Audio streaming.
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems. Preferred Android.
- Helicopter view, able to design global linked integrated systems.
- Preferred worked for an international company before like a System integrator.
- Proven track record of project fulfillment.
- Skillful in project management, transparent in reporting.
- Excellent in English and Indonesian (spoken & written)
- Leader, team builder and motivator.
- Full time job in Bali office. Occasionally overseas.
