HUMAN RESOURCES RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

- Support Resourcing activities on behalf of business in the selection and offering process to ensure the vacant position is filled in a timely manner
- Together with Industrial Relations (if necessary), identify and analyze employee relations problems or grievances, recommend solutions and participate appropriately in the resolution if such issues.
- Review requested actions/recommendations on HR related matters for procedural and documentary compliance and progress the necessary actions and/or make recommendation accordingly.
- Assist business to manage HR matters across the whole range of their responsibilities, through liaising for information and appropriate guideline within the HR network (e.g. Organizational Effectiveness)
- Carry out research, development and project work on HR matters, which may impact the business on a regional or global basis, in conjunction with or on behalf of the Group Business Head of HR/Country
- Ensure all HR initiatives/products are implemented consistently and taking role to facilitate these initiatives such as Talent Management (including succession planning & career development plan and other policy/procedures.
- Assist business managers for business initiatives/projects in HR related matters i.e business headcount management
- Facilitate staff movement/career move in line with HR policy and career aspiration.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
- At least 6-8 years of solid working experience with proven track record in Human Resources relationship management function
- Preferably in Banking and Financial Services Industry
- Strong HR knowledge, skills and experience
- Demonstrable strong skills and experience in business engagement, people skills and retail bank business
- A communicator with a drive to succeed
- Fluency in English is a must
